Real People Who Understand What You’re Going Through

When you’re calling our 888 number, we want you to know that you aren’t calling some far away land with people who just answer phones, follow canned scripts and manage the usual questionnaires.

You are calling real people, with real experiences dealing with addiction and with decades of experience working with those who struggle with addiction. Whether they’ve dealt with addiction on a personal level through loved ones or maybe they themselves are in recovery – every member of our team has been touched by this disease. We want you to know that you came to the right place, that we know you are hurting, and that we know the way to a better life.

Our treatment specialists take care of everything. We help you understand your insurance benefits, we assess and place you in the proper programs for you, we handle any and all logistical arrangements and we do this swiftly.  Within one hour of calling us you or your loved one will be on their way to treatment – and a new drug-free life.

Meet our family who will soon become a part of your family.

Treatment Specialist

I graduated from Eastern Michigan with a Master’s in Communication and have been working in addiction treatment for years.  I use my communication degree when I work with people but more importantly, I use my personal experience battling and beating addiction as a way to connect with those struggling.

I’ve been sober since March 2003 and I remember what it was like when I didn’t have any hope left. I do everything I can to give the person on the other line the hope that I have today – and make sure they know I care, even when they don’t feel worthy of being cared for.

“If you could stop drinking and using on your own, you would have by now.”

Jessica Fleener

Treatment Specialist

I studied Sociology at Indiana University and have a background in call center work. I’ve always wanted to find a way to help people that truly need it and I believe strongly that being a treatment specialist is my calling.  We’ve all lost people to addiction, including me.  I am dedicated to helping those who call me and saving lives.

“Addiction is real, and it’s a disease. When you’re sick – really sick, you don’t just wait around to feel better. You get help. Addiction is no different. Call today, don’t wait.”

Brett Ogelsby

Treatment Specialist

I’m in recovery and I have dedicated my life to educating families, comforting and guiding those struggling with addiction and one day eradicating this disease.  I believe and know that it’s possible to heal from addiction as I am living proof.

I love the fact that I have a job that I can’t wait to get to each day – I get paid for doing what I love, and in the process I get to help others save their lives. When a guest gets out of treatment and thanks me – I can’t tell you how rewarding that is.

“Addiction is a dangerous disease. If you don’t call today, you may not have an opportunity to call tomorrow.”

Amy North

Treatment Specialist

I know what it’s like to have no hope: I spent 17 years addicted, in and out of treatment over 10 times. I gave up and lost my kids, my home, my family. After long term treatment, I’m now over five years sober – as a mother, friend, daughter and wife. I love helping those that suffer from this disease because I know their pain – and I’ve been shown the way out.

“Treatment is the biggest gift you will ever receive. When you call, you and I will walk through this fear to meet the blessing on the other side.”
